Step One: How Much Can You Borrow?
When you answer a few simple questions, we can easily calculate your buying power to ensure that you will be able to purchase your home without overextending yourself financially.
Step Two: Pre-Qualify.
After gathering some basic information about your employment and assets, we’ll ask for your authorization to obtain your credit report. After reviewing your credit report, we can issue you a pre-qualification letter, and then begin looking for the best loan to meet your needs.
Step Three: Apply Now!
Applying for a loan has never been easier. Once you have pre-qualified, selected a property, and created a contract with the seller, you are ready to meet with one of our loan officers either in person or over the phone to complete your application.
Step Four: Your Loan Is Processed, Approved, and Funded!
A title company or attorney will be chosen as your escrow agent to handle the funding of your loan. West Park Mortgage will coordinate with the escrow agent to arrange the signing of the final papers.
